If your company or organisation regularly liaises with the media, either print or TV/radio journalists, it may well be useful for the team in question to know how to deal with various forms of media.
Ross Appleyard and Diana Appleyard are both available for training events where they will discuss with your staff the best way of dealing with media enquiries and how best to present yourself to the media, in print, on radio or on television. These formal or informal sessions will cover the basics of responding to a media enquiry, the different forms of response depending on the type of journalist enquiry, speed of response, radio or TV presentation coaching and media crisis management.
Sessions are priced depending on number of participants, length of session and complexity of training required. Minimum length of training: 4 hours.
